1. What is your return policy?
Yes, we accept returns for defective and non-defective products within 10 days from the delivery date. Products must be new, unopened, and in original packaging. No restocking fee applies.

3. Who pays for return shipping?
We do. A return label is included in the package. It is a prepaid shipping label that you attach to the outside of your return package so the carrier can deliver it back to us at no cost to you.
4. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
5. What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We charge a flat rate of KES 500 for shipping. Total delivery time is 0–4 business days (handling time 0–1 business day + transit time 0–3 business days). Order cutoff time is 6:00 PM (GMT+03:00) East Africa Time.
6. Do you ship outside Kenya?
No. This shipping policy is for Kenya, since all shipments and sales are in Kenya.
